Bepin De Eto has received the ECO-FRIENDLY CERTIFICATE from the VINI BUONI D'ITALIA guide in association with VERALLIA and published by Touring Club Italiano, for its commitment to environmental eco-sustainability values. Following Magis certification, Bepin De Eto receives another important accolade that acknowledges the company’s work on environmental and vineyard protection projects; its introduction of energy-saving schemes; and also its production of wines that respect consumers’ health and wellbeing. Sustainability is not just about caring for the environment. It is also about far-sightedness since it represents a vision of the future. The ever-increasing importance that consumers place on the “eco-“ factor is proof of this and it is also one of the new criteria in choosing a wine, together with traditional elements such as price, type and origin. This award testifies to Bepin De Eto’s commitment to production systems that help to restore the soil’s biological fertility and to environmental sustainability by, for example, reducing its use of chemical products, especially when there are valid alternatives; using lighter bottles; and preferring bottle manufacturers dedicated to the use of recycled glass.
