In its 11th edition, the contest sponsored by the National Association “Città del Vino” with the aim to reward quality wines (DOCG, DOC, IGT) together with their area of origin, awarded with the gold medal Greccio Rosso - Bepin De Eto with the score 89,20/100. The competion ”Selezione del Sindaco” held in Lamezia Terme (CZ) in May 2012, saw the presence of 1220 products tasted by 10 international committee. This famous prize awarded to Greccio Rosso 2006 DOC Colli di Conegliano acknowledges the lasting quality research of the family Ceschin and increases their palmarès. The National Association “Città del Vino” then moved to England. Greccio Rosso (the new medal of Italian oenology) had played a leading role in series of tasting at Casa Italia at the Olympic Games London 2012.
